I love Pippin. He’s just the coolest in so many ways, plus, I love me my hobbits.

I believe Moffat labeled this room as 11 to refer to what Dorium later says. I think whatever is in this room relates to the question: “Doctor who?”. In my personal opinion there are only two possible things which could be in this room, The Doctor himself or The Master, The Doctor’s two greatest fears. Notice the TARDIS sound when he enters the room, which I think hints towards it’s a time lord. And he says “Of course, who else?” which means that it’s a single being, so whoever this is it is likely a single time lord.
Now we see this was almost certainly the true 9th Doctor in this room.
He will have other names before the end. Storm. The Beast. The Valeyard.

The reason that this was linked to all her personalities was that she had said it as her last words before jumping into the stream.
